UPDATE - February 7, 2022
Our in-classroom freight broker training courses will resume in the ATL area in February.
UPDATE - January 30, 2022
The remaining staff of Freight Movers School is still grieving the loss of DeWayne. Unfortunately, his passing was sudden and leaves us without an instructor for the upcoming February 7th class that was scheduled to be held in the Dallas, TX area. Without an instructor, we must cancel our February 7th class. We hope our prospective students and registered students can understand our current situation.
UPDATE - January 27, 2022:
With a very heavy heart, we must again temporarily close our school. Our co-founder and in-classroom course instructor passed away last night, January 26th. As some of our followers already know, we are a small family owned and operated business. At this time, we're unable to appropriately express this loss. We ask you allow us time to make service arrangements and determine the best plan for moving our business forward after grieving an irreplaceable husband, father, educator, and entrepreneur.
ORIGINAL POST - January 17, 2022:
Members of our staff, including our instructor, have fallen ill and tested positive for Covid. Due to short staffing issues, we must temporarily close our school for at least the next couple of days. And, due to isolation and quaratine recommendations, we've decided to cancel our January 24th course that was scheduled to be held in the Atlanta, GA area.
We hope to be able to resume partial operations (Admissions and online student support) on Wednesday, January 19th at 9am.
No other course dates have been cancelled at this time, but this is an evolving situation. Our next in-classroom courses are scheduled to begin on February 7th in the Dallas, TX area and February 21st in the Atlanta, GA area. And, our self-paced online course option is still available.
If there are any further closures or cancellations, we'll post updates here.
