The instructions and links for accessing your online course(s) are sent out via EMAIL. Be sure to provide us with a valid email address the STUDENT is able to regularly access. Also, if needed, all support questions are answered via EMAIL, so it's important that we have a valid email address on file for each of our online students.
Course Materials - All textbooks/workbooks supplied with the online courses are in Adobe PDF format and are available for download within each applicable online course. Exception: The bonus materials (i.e. dowloadable Guides Combo Package and Broker Forms) will be sent via email within 24 business hours of the student submitting their online registration & total tuition payment.
Course Time - Each student is allowed unlimited access to their online course for a period of 60 days.
Educational & Technical Support - if needed, support questions can be sent in via email. The support email address will be supplied in your "Welcome" email once your registration is complete. All support questions are answered within 24 business hours.
Online Courses Cancellation & Refund Policy
For all online students, your total tuition/fees includes a $150 non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellation of course prior to beginning course sessions/receiving course materials............100% Refund of Tuition, less registration fee
Cancellation of course prior to reaching 50% completion.....................................................45% Refund of Tuition, less registration fee
Cancellation of course between 50% and 64% completion...................................................25% Refund of Tuition, less registration fee
Cancellation of course at or after 65% completion................................................................No Refund
No refunds after 30 days from registration, regardless of course completion status.
All online course refunds adhere to this policy with no exceptions.
Payment Options - Your total tuition cost is due in full prior to your course login being activated for use. To make payments towards your online course tuition, you can use this same online form, just be sure to select the "Making a Partial Payment....." option. Please Note: If you choose to make payments, you will not be given access to the course/materials until your tuition has been paid in full.
